Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement on a defective item:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Tags and original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required

For complaints about missing items, an unboxing video of the package being opened is mandatory.

Exchanges

For Hijabs

We offer a 5-day no-questions-asked exchange policy.

If you’re not satisfied with your hijab, you can return it to our warehouse in Karachi. (We do encourage customers only to return when necessary, as each order is carefully packed and handled by our team.)

To request an exchange, email us at hijabstylespk@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

Products must be returned in salable condition, as delivered, unused, unwashed, and with packaging/tags intact.
Exchange claims will be rejected if the item is found stained, worn, perfumed, or altered.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are allowed once per order only.
  • Exchange on exchange is not applicable.

 

Exchange Process

  1. Once your exchange request is approved, send the item(s) back to our Karachi warehouse with your Order ID clearly written on the package.
  2. The returned parcel must reach us within 10 days of approval.
  3. The item must be received in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Damaged, worn, or altered items will not be accepted.
  • The buyer will bear the return shipping cost in such cases.

Customers are responsible for courier charges if the exchange is due to a change of mind.
The complete process may take 15–20 days.


Color Differences

All screens display colors differently, so the color you see may slightly vary from real life.
We try our best to photograph products accurately, but exact color matches can’t be guaranteed.

For better color references, check our Instagram stories and videos, or contact our social media manager for guidance.

Please note:

  • Color names (e.g., “Ruby”) are product identifiers and may not match what you imagine (like a lipstick shade).
  • Two items named the same color might still differ slightly due to fabric or texture differences.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Namaz Chadars
  • Kids’ Scarves
  • Gift Boxes
  • Accessories (pins, underscarves, scrunchies, niqabs, niqab sets)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Bundled offers

Refunds

We offer a 3-day refund policy if the parcel is returned in its original condition.

  • The customer must send the product back and bear the delivery charges.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days after inspection.

Parcel Refusals

Please place your orders carefully. Once a parcel has been dispatched, refusing it incurs real costs for us.

If you refuse to accept your order after dispatch, you will be required to pay Rs 250 in delivery charges.

Failure to pay may result in your details being marked in our fraudulent client database and the Cash on Delivery (COD) option being disabled for your future orders.
